SIGN UP VIA THE APEX PROGRAMME

Aimed at researchers and academic staff.

What information exists online about you? What does it say about you? How can you use social media to create and maintain your reputation? What tools are available to help you do this?  Having an established profile can widen the impact of your research in addition to raising it among your peers. In today’s connected world, you will miss out on opportunities if your profile is not visible.

After this session you will:

  • Have found out what is currently available online about you

  • Be aware of a range of tools, including Twitter and LinkedIn

  • Practise using a few of these
